
1. NO SMOKING (inside unit).
2. PETS ALLOWED (up to 20 lbs.)
3. This is a family oriented complex. A person at least 25 years of age must occupy the unit and be responsible at all times.
4. Two parking spaces are alloted per unit. Cars and/or boat trailers may be parked across the street on Front Beach Road. In the past, the local police and the Department of Transportation have allowed this as long as they do not impede the flow of traffic. Park in these areas at your own risk. Violations of this rule may result in the towing of vehicles at the renter's expense. Owner is not responsible for vehicles towed from this area.
5. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. All residents and guests shall refrain from any activity that disturbs other residents during this period.
6. DO NOT RUN AIR CONDITIONER WITH DOORS OR WINDOWS OPEN! This will result in the AC freezing up and shutting down. Renter will be responsible for repairs and restart charges.
7. All trash must be removed and placed in trash chute before departure. Chute is located outside on the wall at the end of the walkway.
8. The hanging of towels, bathing suits etc. over the balconey railings is prohibited. They will just blow away anyway.
9. FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED. Igniting of fireworks anywhere on the premises is not allowed.
10. No unsafe or unsightly conditions may exist anywhere on the premises or common areas.
11. Do not throw anything off the balconies. Our association allows for a $250 fine for each infraction.
